The structure of St. Paul the Apostle Parish has a Pastoral Council, which deals with the ministerial side of church and a Finance Council, which deals with the Finance and Administration side of church.
Pastoral Council Commissions include:
- Christian Formation
- Human Concerns
- Parish Life Activities
- Prayer & Worship
Finance Council Commissions include:
- Buildings & Grounds
- Legacy Society
This committee umbrella allows each committee to have committees or ad-hoc teams working under it. This structure provides lots of opportunities for volunteerism and parishioner involvement.
Most of the St. Paul Pastoral Council Committees meet on the first Monday of each month (with the exception of July) on our "Common Parish Meeting Night." All committee volunteers and any interested parishioners are invited. We begin in church at 6:30 p.m. with prayer and announcements from the Pastor, Staff and committee leaders. Then the groups break out into their respective committees to do the work of the parish.
The Finance Council meets on the second Monday of the month.
All parishioners are invited to join a committee or get involved in a project, program or event. You learn more about your parish, grow your faith and make new friends. Please prayerfully consider where God is calling you!
